cowboy stop
when a police man pulls you over because you didn’t come to a “complete stop” at a stop sign. basically if your wheels don’t stop moving before you proceed a police man can and will pull you over.
driver: what seems to be the problem officer?
police guy: you ran a stop sign, you didn’t come to a complete stop.
driver: a cowboy stop? are you serious?? c’mon man i was barely moving and there were no other cars.
police guy: it don’t matter, rules is rules. so here is your ticket and have a nice day.
driver: @%&#!!
