cowsplaining – (v) (a blend of the word cow and the informal form splaining of the verb explaining) means “to explain something to someone, characteristically by bjp leaders to the people of kerala, tamil nadu, karnataka, goa and the north eastern states, in a manner regarded as condescending or patronizing, about matters on which bjp leaders have no fc-king clue, such as literacy, healthcare, law and order and human development.
