localized word to pacific northwest, particularly seattle metropolitan area. a well known local celebrity noted for bouts of rage and aggression would focus their efforts toward individuals at random. what would amount to physical or verbal bullying and established a reputation within the seattle community as being “crandalled”, or bullied.
dan ielle crandall, circa 2003, quickly replaced bullying with crandalling.
