a very poor excuse for an afro. this is most commonly an afro which looks very poorly maintained. a large afro is a very good place to store things, a cr-pfro is not (short afros don’t count here). a cr-pfro could also refer to an afro which resembles anything curly like noodles, tangled headphone wires or a ball of wool, you get the point.
