an urban neighborhood notorious for its distribution of crack cocaine. these areas are commonly designated urban blight zones and are characterized by low economic opportunity/expectations and high crime rates.
one indication of a creakshtown situation would be a concrete jungle delineated by gangs of loiterers who stay in one place for hours, take notice of all p-ssers by, and exchange goods or s-x for cash to random cars along the street.
