creephat
a person who stalks in a non-typical stalking way. their communication is heavily laden with innuendos that they attribute to their charm. they stare intently at you. they honestly feel you desire their company, even when you’re clear you do not. sometimes, you just can’t put your finger on how they make you feel. in other words, they give you the “creeps”.
may also be used as a verb.
“that guy is such a creephat. he won’t take a hint.”
“stop creephatting. she already told you “no thanks”.”
