that weird neighbor who’s always making excuses to come outside, like doing yardwork, firing up the barbecue, or faking business to be outside when the teenaged neighbors come home. tends to stare from the windows, often at scantily clad girls. often seen lurking about his own windows at odd hours of the night, possibly staring in at his stepchildren sleeping.
