this is a portmanteau using “crazy” and “rez” which is short for “reserve”(canada) or “reservation”(usa), referring to villages and pieces of land governed and owned by the first nations native americans.
i got all crezzy with my cousins when i went back home for fishing season but we sure had more fun than our babas.
