a combination or acceptance of a governing party or relationship with the inst-tutions as a fundamental datum, based on mafia style such as having a form of justice of its own and uses murder as a punishment and not as a crime.
i’d stay out of russia or any other fsr (former soviet republic) because their government is a crimocracy.
