when something/someone harnesses so much cringe, that you realize you should get off the internet for awhile.
ex. yo, jj ‘s twerk video he put up on youtube, was so bad that it put me in a cringe coma for the rest of the day.
ex. i just recovered from a cringe coma after having watched that cringe comp.
