a slang term used by employees at a restaurant (mainly a fast food restaurant) to describe irritating or unpleasant customers.
my day at work today was pleasant, except for a few custof-ckers that got mad waiting for their food when they clearly saw the long line ahead of them, but decided to order anyway.
