of or pertaining to anything of the douche related industry, ie hairstyle, clothing, etc. not to be confused with douche bag… d baggy is more of an insult, coined by the infamous katie d in 2007, “d baggy” used to describe something that person wears or has on them rather than the person himself. it’s just a better way of saying something about someone is exceptionally lame.
blake, from american idol, has the most d baggy haircut. someone kick him off the show now.

the dudes from good charlotte look a tad d baggy, ie clothes, hair, makeup.
