a mispr-nunciation of the word ‘dangit’. pg version of ‘damb’. originated from a 3d gl-sses wearing milk bag and his friends.
gosh dang-it.
dang it is the same as saying d-mn it! the word seems to have originated in the 70s and probably been brought back more recently (as of 2006) and faded away.
dang it’s hot outside …. is the same as saying ‘d-mn it’s hot outside’
a more polite way of saying dammit or d-mnit or however you spell the d-mn word
