a slang term used to describe a member of the hispanic race, used in a derogatory fashion to refer to someone who does not work and claims off welfare. in some locales, it may also include a slur toward the cleanliness of skin, which this term implies is incredibly greasy. finally, it can refer to a state of such financial strife that a dark blade75 will be found in a local taco bell begging for change.
