a douchebag boss. a very small man with an over-inflated sense of self-worth and prominence. these characteristics are made even more douchbaggable by his preferential and s-xist treatment of select employees and complete disregard for s-xual etiquette in the work place and professional mannerisms. the dbb has no experience in his field and was promoted due to convenience after a company merger or because he sucked the vps d-ck.
