the act of consuming a shotty, bong or large toke of spliff, holding the smoke in, taking a large sniff of poppers (amyl nitrate) then choking yourself to the point of p-ssing out whilst spinning in circles. once you release an overwhelming surge of adrenaline and euphoria will engulf you.
