a bad–ss/crazy motherf-cker. debatys typically spend their weekends blazed or drunk out of their f-ckin minds and end up doing crazy random dumb sh-t, usually at high risk to their personal health. debatys are always the topics of many funny weekend stories, even if the debaty normally doesn’t remember them.
guy 1: dude you were so drunk you hijacked a cop car last weekend!
