1. to desparately try to get rid of the “spring sixty” after binging on margaritas, homemade cookies, and whatever else you came across while in paradise/your cupboards at home for the past seven days.
2. to excessively eat gr-ss and seeds while working out four times per day.
although the two gorgeous college students had a fabulous spring break, the unfortunate consequence was having to defatify for the next six weeks in order to be able to wear shorts in the summer.
