i.e. hood, thug, troublemaker.
a young person anywhere from early teens to mid twenties who partakes in: stealing, tagging, experimental to mild drug use (almost never heavy) partying, drinking, fighting, and menial vandalism. usually indentifiable by sagging pants, hoodies, tattered clothing and a generally “non conforming” appearance.
delinquent ‘s arent strictly bad people. like every group they are of mixed individuals, most of whom simply do what they enjoy.
