an additional derogatory (and more sinister) t-tle given for barrack hussein obama, the 44th president of the united states of america, by his detractors. the t-tle alludes to his knee-jerk response occurring every time someone in his administration pulls some dirty chicago-style new left socialist political chicanery that tramples on the rights of the american people and makes him look bad personally. the response always goes something like this: “i didn’t know anything about it.” in the end, this makes him look like either a liar or a fool to any intelligent human being. it is intended as a parody on the term “commander-in-chief.”
