Dennardism
military:is stupidity in a leadership position from someone that is not qualified or is close to being considered a leader. the person is in the position because of rank or position at time of taking the leadership role. often these people think they are always right, make sound decisions based on sound knowledge or they are the best for the position. reality is the total opposite of this and is often a pain upon the the team below the leader.
1: the dennardism in the office today was off the scale.
2: the platoon sargent has a real problem with the dennardism in the lieutenant.
