Desperatext
(n) the act of sending a reply text within 30 seconds of receiving one. the desperatexter usually shocks the person who sent the initial text because of how fast the reply came. usually done by those that are desperate for conversation or those that have gotten the number of a cute guy/girl and can’t wait to engage in conversation.
john: you must really like, tiffany.
thomas: what makes you say that?
john: as soon as i hear text come in for you, you’re responding. you’ve been desperatexting all day, man.
thomas: whatever, john. i really like her.
