a verb referring to the video game character ‘yoshi’ in the new super mario bros. wii. being ‘deyoshied’ means that you were riding a yoshi when, all of a sudden, you get hit and yoshi runs away from you like a jack -ss. it is pr-nounced (dee-yo-sheed)
bob: i have to get that star coin!
mary: you have to ride a yoshi to get it.
bob: oh good! i just got on a yoshi
mary: look out for the flying koopa! oh no, it hit you!
bob: oh god! ive been deyoshied! now i’ll never get that star coin!
