the closest thing to a measurement of the size of ones ego or e-p-n-s. however, d-ck points are completely subjective and therefore completely and utterly useless.
d-ck points can also be used to insult trolls.

guy1: lol you must like have 3
guy2: so? i dont give a flying sh-t
