dielu- a word to describe someone who is becoming somewhat dilusional from everyday life. can occur from lack of sleep, trying to quit smoking, too much chocolate ( or energy drinks), or just a plain bad day. dielu usually includes the person talking alot of s— and uncontrollable laughter
