toilet in which people throw up in in order to lose weight…their subst-tute for a diet.
cindy wasn’t really fat, but thought she was so she ate her meal and then threw up in the diet machine shortly after. after that she felt better about herself and decided to keep using the diet machine because it would make her skinny and eventually give her lot more problems.
