Digital Jet-Lag


when communicating with someone digitally in a distant time zone by phone, text, video chat or skype, digital jet-lag is the feeling of being tired or fatigued from said communication and its disruption of your normal schedule and routine.
joey: why are you so tired? it’s only 5pm where you live.
damon: i have digital jet-lag from staying up until 3:30am video-chatting with you.
