someone, usually female, that is trying to seduce money from a poor person. effectively, a very low level gold digger attempting to work someone already poor. instead of extracting money and expensive gifts from a wealthy person, they aim low and attempt to get meals and drugs from suckers. sometimes they’re completely unaware their prospective victim is broke.
