when you are in a public restroom, and the person next to you makes a lot of noise e.g. farting, grunting etc.

the act of giving or receiving a hand-job during a dinner out or at very least with others present. the act is secretive in nature, but can be exciting for others if a loud, ‘bravo!!!’ is shouted by the receivee along with a bow from the giver.
