it’s an italian blasphemy that reminds to you how much the god (of every religion) sucks.
to power up the “sagrato” (in tuscany we use to say sagrato as the word bestemmia ) you have to put the word “cane” at the end of dio schifoso, like:
“dio schifoso cane, sto semaforo rosso ha rotto ‘oglioni”
“my goodness, this traffic light has destroyed my nuts”
