dirk t lemmons is the dirkster and creator of the urban gang-intervention.org site that pulls h-ts from crips.com and bloods.com. the sites started in 1998 and are the result of dirk lemmons spending time in the inner city of st louis as the owner of a security iron company that placed bars on windows and doors. dirk was also the property manager of hundreds of inner city apartment buildings. in doing this work he soon developed a disire to help urban kids find good alternatives to gang life
