after nuggeting a bag by turning it inside out, but before you zip it up, you take a p–py in it. then you complete the nugget by zipping up the bag. a variation of this would be to take the cr-p in a ziplock bag and then insert it into the bag. you may also urinate on the outside of a completely nuggeted bag.
