ghetto contest in which 2 partic-p-nts insult each other back and forth. the insults are usually about ghetto topics like basketball skills (ups), crack intake and promiscuity of one’s mother. in the ghetto, good sportsmanship is the kind of quality that usually results in one getting their head slammed up their -ss, or at the very least their sneakers and jewelry being forcibly removed from their bruised, unconscious body. therefore, there is usually no clear cut winner in a disout. unless you count yo mama that is.
