an evil characteristic for a character that is evil because they are evil, and they do evil things because they are evil.
the stepmother from cinderella is a cl-ssic example of disney evil, because the motivations and reasoning of her cruel behavior are absent in the film, and by default makes her motivations and reasoning to be for the sake of evil itself. this is a common trait in one-dimensional villain writing.
