related to the startup term unicorn: a mythical hybrid developer-designer more likely a web- developer and designer.
do-nicorn is a description of an individual who exemplifies the soft-skills that drive an att-tude of doing; usually found roaming the halls of many early stage start ups that are still running on a do-ocracy-style of management.
do-nicorns thrive in environments of personal accountability, little formal organizational structure, flat managerial structure and the unknown unknowns.
