the act of not quite knowing what is going on; used to express extreme cases of doubt or confusion. also used as a response to someone asking a favor that you are sure you will not fulfill, similar to the response of “are you serious?!”. appears several times in the bible (towards the back) and was used once on live television on april 23, 1998 though scholars furiously debate the accuracy of this claim.
