pr-nounced “dough glow”…and refers to the aftermath of combining a very fat clown with what might have been a bright idea at the time. the fat clown is without “filter” and inhumanly uninhibited. the bright idea at the time might have been an overweight, mis-figured and diseased s-xual partner or a series of deceptions by which the fat clown is made a fool of.
