the act of constantly talking to your dog, knowing full well that he/she will likely not respond with much excitement unless you use terms that have been deeply embedded in their vocabulary since they were just a pup.
i asked that b-tch to help me clean up, she just looked at me and looked away. i asked that b-tch to get over here. she just looked at me and looked away. i said a phrase containing only words she recognizes, the b-tch lost her mind for a moment.
a phrase like, “treat, walk, run, eat, go outside, stinky, stinkbomb, stinky baby, stay, sit, lay down, shake, say i love you, food, hungry, night night,” is dogspeak that will lead to a moment of resentment from your dog because they will temporarily feel as bat sh-t crazy as you are and then want to go outside, without you.
