Doll Bludger
a widespread australian term and used in some other parts of the world. it is a negative term referring to those who live on government welfare payments without any good cause. they refuse to find jobs and are known for living in poor socio-economic conditions.
a doll bludger is a waste of taxpayers money, they are those individuals who were born with a leisurely personality and sheer laziness.
