Double Token
double token is when an individual meets two criteria for a protected group. protected groups are groups of people who usually cannot be fired easily because they are of a non-caucasian ethnicity, female, gay, old, etc.
double tokens are good for organizations and should be coveted because they fulfill multiple quotas. even better would be triple tokens – although they are hard to find.
darren is a good fit for this organization because he is a double token. he is both black and gay, so we cannot be accused of discriminating against either of those groups.
we need more people like osama here at acme inc. because he is a good double token of muslim fundamentalist and over the age of 40.
