dr. b-tt is a game pre-p-b-scent boys play with hold beer bottles. they take the beer bottles to their secret hideout and put their p-n-s in the hole. if one of the boys decides he doesn’t want to play dr. b-tt anymore he will shunned and forced to make new friends elsewhere.
