a person, particularly a woman, who receives drinks at a bar, or public location, in perceived reciprocation for s-x, but never gives it up. (taking advantage of a guy without the intention of s-xing him up later)
him: hey let me buy you a drink so i can have s-x with you
her: okay
(sometime later)
her: yeah … no s-x
