similar to “c-ck block”, this is when someone or something prevents you from smoking.

the term was coined in seattle, washington.
examples:
“man, that cop hanging around the street totally dro-blocked me. i couldn’t smoke in my car, i was scared he would see me and arrest me.”

“my drug test next week is totally dro-blocking me, but let’s smoke after i get tested.”

“my dealer won’t pick up! he’s totally dro-blocking me!”
