Drunken Immunity
complete disregard on the part of a friend, girlfriend or ex-girlfriend for any minor stupid thing you said or did while drunk (i.e. drunk texting, drunk calling, drunken facebook status updates, drunken confession, etc).
ex-girlfriend: “we broke up two days ago. why did you call me at 3 a.m. for a booty-call?”
you: “i plead drunken immunity.”
exemption from any deeds committed following an alcohol blood content of .2% or higher. as blood alcohol content reaches a level that reduces the individual dramatically, they have a sort of ‘diplomatic immunity’, you know, cause they have no f-cking clue where they are.
person 1: okay, why were naked in the bathtub, who was that whale, and you better put that porch swing back wherever you found it.
person 2: dude, you saw how much he drank last night. i call drunken immunity.
drunk guy: case dismissed! the swing stays!
