a quiet, smaller street, usually in close relation to larger noisier streets in a busy metropolis area.
in a ghetto, these are usually the streets crimes are most likely to occur, such as drug dealing, prost-tution, or murder.
in a better neighborhood, ducky blocks are the ideal place to live if you like privacy, peace and quiet.
i parked my car on a ducky block.
