a bear that dines at the city dump, or in the city limits in garbage dumpsters. these bears will eat anything and they create a real mess.
last week there was 4 of us that went ice fishing for the weekend, we stayed in a small cottage. three of us decided to go fishing early the next morning. we came back at lunch to find the cottage ransacked by a dump bear in the middle of winter. oh wait, it was only jeff.
