i would consider a dumpy m-f- to be a person who is not only a mother f-cker (m-f-) but also quite dumpy. however a dumpy m-f- does not have to be on welfare or techinacally f-ck a mother. a dumpy m-f- is someone who is quite grubby and for embellishment you add m-f- at the end.
you never leave the house anymore since you get food stamps now you dumpy m-f-.
