orginated from south armagh (otherwise known as “bandit county), an insult used my armagh gaa heads – mainly liam o’ hare (see gaa-head). a mild offence meaning: stupit, useless, cr-p etc
when liam o’ hare or shane lennon has just lost in a gaa game/game of table-tennis, they refere to their apponents as “dungbags”, while envious of their apponents victory.
