1. somebody or something that forces itself upon you even though you don’t want it there, and does outrageous things to impress you but you really don’t want them/it there. usually used to describe people who invite themselves over even though you aren’t even friends with them.
1. dude 1: man, that peter bear guy invited himself over to our party, but n-body actually ever talks to him or hangs out with him. then he did all this crazy stuff and totally killed the mood.

dude 2: man, he is so dutch snow.

2. -sshole: hey man, how about tomorrow i come over to your party, you better get some extra breezers for me!
you: don’t be so dutch snow man. gtfo.
