originaly the sound sophie made when she realised that it was windy and wet. (she is now called dying horn!)
whwn a car needs its horn changing it can be known to previously have had a ‘dying hron’.
also annother meaning has been discovered, in birmingham it means simply ‘loss of an errection’!(unfortunately these can’t be replaced, as a certain somebody (from brighton)has discovered.)
